  • Standard Bags
    Used for the carrying and storage of dry non-hazardous materials in powder, flake and granular form. Standard big bags can be produced in different sizes and colors based on customer requirements out of coated or uncoated durable UV-treated polypropylene fabrics and with or without dustproof seams and with liner or without liner. Liners can be tubular or formliner. Their capacity range from 500 Kg to 2000 Kg.
  • Baffle Bags
    Baffle bags are chosen in order to use the area for carried and stocked big bags as optimal. Baffle bags with panels located inside the product is intended to be more upright. It saves place during stocking and shipping.
  • Conductive Bags
    Some bulk materials may create static energy at filling and discharging stages, that can cause an electrostatic discharge in the bag or on its surface. If, there is a flammable dust or gas exists within the atmosphere at the filling and discharging process, there is a risk of fire or explosion. To avoid from this hazard, a Conductive Big Bag is the perfect solution.
  • Food Grade Bags
    Food grade big bags are an excellent solution for the carrying and storage of foods like flour, rice, sugar and other similar food products. According to product thickness, we have alternative big bags like coated, dustproof and liner solutions. Our liners used in big bags are food usage approved. As we LESCOBAGS ,with our clean room conditions we have HACCP certificate for food grade big bag production.

Quality Management System

Pre Production Inspection

Physical and computerized checks are made for ensuring the quality of the raw materials used for production.

In - Proces Inspection

Tape and yarn: Every lot of the produced tapes and yarn are checked for its color, denier and strength.

Woven fabric / webbing: Fabrics produced by every loom is checked manually for color, weaving, width, weight, strength and finishing.

Cut components: Components are checked for dimensions.

Printed components: Components are checked for print quality , adherence of ink and odour with reference to the specification.

Stitched bags: Each stitched bags are visually inspected for its stitching, dimensions and accessories.

PE liners: PE liners are tested for width, weight and opacity with reference to the specification.

Tensile test: Tensile and breaking strength of tape yarn and woven fabric are checked with Universal Testing Method.

Weathering test: Tape yarn and fabrics are tested for UV stability with reference to the specification using accelerated UV weathering panel.

Final Inspection

Packing: Random bales are checked for wrapping, counting and weight.

Rig test: Rig test are performed to ensure the safe working load (SWL) of FIBC as per ISO standard.

About Big Bags

The name Big ( Bulk ) Bag refers to an FIBC or flexible intermediate bulk container. Other common names used for this product are ton bags, tonne bags, dumpy bags, tote bags and builders bags to name a few. Bulk Bags are an ideal way to transport and store dry free flowing materials safely and securely in a very cost effective way. Bulk bags can be certified to carry product weighing anything from 500kg up to 2000kg, the heavier the product being carried the heavier the grade of fabric required to manufacture the bulk bag to conform to the safe working load. Bulk Bags are predominantly made from PP (polypropylene) a high strength thermoplastic that is very flexible. The PP is extruded in tubular form that is then cut into threads that are woven together (warp and weft) to form a very strong fabric.
